Our waiter didn't know much about gluten free stuff, so he went and got someone who did. She was able to tell us what was already gluten free on the menu and what could be modified to be gluten free. She told us what precautions the kitchen could take. We had huevos rancheros and eggs Benedict, and both were simple, hearty, and tasty! No gluten reactions.

Recommended to change country fried potatoes to hash browns since the potatoes weren't gluten free, but the hash browns could be made separately. They have a GF next to dishes that are gluten friendly. They are very accommodating.

Once I sat down and told my waitress I had celiac she immediately knew what it was and told me everything I could have and everything they would do to keep my food and experience safe! I got the pancakes and ham and it was DELICIOUS, and wonderfully safe, never got sick and unlike most gf it was good leftover! I will definitely be coming back!

When I called regarding GF opinions for celiac was told that they had many options. Asked what breakfast meats they had GF. They processed to tell me ALL meats are GF. When I told them not so with bacon or sausage, they argued with me. Would not even check vI would NEVER eat here.

Delicious breakfast! They have GF waffles, pancakes, and green Chile. The owner said he strives to accommodate any dietary needs.

Many gf breakfast options, including waffles & pancakes. Very friendly staff.
