Online reservation included a spot to explain my gluten intolerance (I'm not celiac but highly sensitive). First thing, our waitperson told me the fryer is cross-contaminated and wouldn't work for me. But they start each week with a clean fryer and set aside some whole fried tortillas for chips. They even pan fried potatoes for papas bravas. Owner/Mgr checked in several times. Absolutely sublime flavors! Had crawfish queso and fish & grits to die for. Terrific cocktails, too!
