They will make gluten free pies if you call ahead to order. I bought a gluten free key lime pie for a gift. I didn't taste it, but it looked amazing. I also got a gf strawberry rhubarb pie. The crust was flaky and delicious. They have quite an exhaustive list of pie options and all are available gluten free. This in itself is very exciting for a gluten free person. (If you are reading this, you know what I mean.). It was a little pricey, but I consider it a special treat. I haven't had a strawberry rhubarb pie in 25 years, so I was in heaven.
