We found this hotel thanks to a comment on TripAdvisor, mentioning gluten-free options at the breakfast buffet.

The kitchen has a variety of gluten-free sweets and ciabatta in stock and will serve them at request. The buffet has an allergy information board, only in Italian. The juice fountain is marked as gluten-free.
