Not safe for celiac, at least for the toasts or sandwich options. I ordered the caprese with gluten free bread and asked if they used a separate toaster which he assured me they do. I told the server that I was celiac and had a severe gluten allergy so no cross contamination and he assured me he would mark it on the order and they would handle it. I watched them make my sandwich on the same prep station they made other gluten containing sandwiches and use the same gloves and knew that I wouldn’t be able to eat it. There was no gluten free mark on my order and I told them I couldn’t eat it and they graciously offered me a refund.
I was excited to eat something savory w celiac and not just have a smoothie but I would stick to one of those or any naturally gluten free foods. They did not seem to understand the difference between celiac and gluten free.
