Anything on the Chinese menu can be made Gluten Free. They have GF soy sauce. Things with wontons cannot be made GF and the side item fried rice cannot be made GF. The main entree fried rice can be made GF. The kitchen WILL change out the utensils and clean the WOK between entrees, especially if it’s an allergy.
