It was awesome! Everything was fresh and felt nourishing and tasty. So relieved to have everything be gluten free. The only dairy was optional cheese and one sauce contained dairy.
I had the organic tofu, purple rice, sweet potato noodles for my protein and base, and some of everything else, which included a variety of veggies, kimchi, scrambled eggs, black beans, corn, and potatoes. I had one of the ginger sauces (forget which one) and it was tasty. As you can see, with so many starch and protein options it really can be flexible to what people like / can eat.
In case it’s helpful to know, the cheese, egg, tofu, chicken, and steak were at the very end of the topping options which could be considered as somewhat helpful for preventing cross contamination if those are allergies someone has.
The dining area was spacious with several seating options (booths with hard benches, tables with chairs, and short and tall tables with stools).
The two other people in my party also loved it. Definitely will come back!
