Wow! Everything is GF and the manager was very knowledgeable about other allergens. This might be my new favorite casual dining restaurant.

Everyone in my household loves Bibibop, even though only one of us has to eat gluten free. The meal customization is great and everything has been delicious. We drive 20 mins one way for it and it's totally worth it!

First time visitor; will eat here again.

My wife and I shared two bowls: Korean Beef & Noodles and Fan Favorite (with chicken). Both combos were delicious! However, the beef was a little overcooked and chewy. A friend suggested having the servers place the sauces on the side in case you find out that you don't like them. A good tip. We had never eaten sweet potato-based noodles. They were good, so much that we will look for them in the grocery store for use at home.

My spouse really liked his bowl and liked have a GF Asian option. My bowl was just okay. Downside is there isn’t anything here my picky 4 year old will eat.

Not only is the restaurant 100% gluten free, the food is incredibly delicious. You go through a line, choosing your base, protein, toppings, and sauce to create your own bowl or salad. I was amazed their teriyaki and soy sauces (and all of the other sauces) were gluten free too. It was so nice to not have to give any special instructions to make sure the meal was safe. There are also nice teas and lemonades in the fountain. They do offer a smaller kids bowl. I can tell this is going to be one of my go-to restaurants!
