Review of BIBIBOP Asian Grill

Everything is marked as far as what is gluten free. The employees at the first spot in the line let me know that everything was gluten free, even though other people that have written reviews said there were things that did contain gluten. When I got to putting protein on my bowl, after they put the chicken on, I noticed that the sign for the chicken did not state it was gluten free. I asked one of the employees working and their English was not great. I asked another employee who said it was soy, but her English was also not great. She asked the only English speaking employee in the back. I heard him say soy sauce, which contains gluten. I never got a clear answer if it was gluten free or not. I purchased it, but did not eat it. My husband looked it up on their website and it showed it was gluten free, but I didn’t want to chance it after all of the confusion.

I will not return to this location. It is very important to be able to get clear answers to questions about allergens.
