The restaurant is a buffet so to avoid cross contamination the waitress provided me with an allergen guide and the chef came out to speak with me to take my order directly. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I had several menu choices including GF rolls and deserts

Our dinner here was amazing!! I have celiac and multiple other allergies, the chef went out of her way to accommodate me so that I could eat with my husband. She brought out her book and we went over every item and determined a meal that I could eat and enjoy! They brought all my food on a separate plate and she came out several times to check. The food was absolutely delicious and I felt great after eating. It was such a refreshing change to have a chef actively work to get food I can eat rather than tell me that there is nothing that I can eat at their restaurant. Disney truly goes above and beyond!

My daughter in law and I were given our own plates of appetizers and main meals while the rest of the family were served family style. It was all so good!

I am Celiac, and of the ~20 dishes that they served, I could have about 15 of them. The waiter was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what was GF, but had the chef come out for good measure. They delivered the gluten dishes completely separately, and made sure we knew which ones I could and couldn't have (about 75% were safe). Not often there are so many choices! I will 100% be returning to this wonderful restaurant.

I wanted very much to give this place the best review ever. They seemed to try very hard but I should have known something was amiss when, despite our reservation noting the gluten allergy, the server brought everything out all together. My husband did give me the bottom plate since the roll basket was sitting on top of the top plate. The first food that came out along with the rolls was beets, pasta salad, cucumber salad and a potato salad. This facility isn’t buffet style currently because of COVID but is still all you can eat. I’d you like something. You just ask for more. The chef came to our table and told us what was and wasn’t safe for me. My rolls and the majority of my desserts were prepackaged but I did have a berry compote with cream on top that was amazing. The main food came out with the gluten containing food on its own plate and the gluten free on a shared platter. The main food was really good and we were careful to have me serve my hubby’s food as to not cc from his food. I was told the sausages were gluten free as were the green beans, potatoes, sauerkraut, meatballs, and the chicken. I didn’t have the meatballs but the green beans were slightly in the sauce as they were right next to them on the platter. My husband later remarked that the meatballs tasted like beer. All in all, the food was yummy, the show was fun. Our server was super sweet and helpful and we loved chatting with her. Unfortunately after the meal, it quickly became evident that I was glutened. I don’t know if it was the meatballs or maybe some cc somewhere along the way. Now, we are hoping it doesn’t ruin today’s visit to another one of the parks :( I wanted to give this place all of the stars but since it’s been the first place at the parks that I’ve gotten glutened, I just can’t.

As is common with most of the restaurants within any Disney resort, as soon as you mention a Gluten allergy, the server will send a manager to your table. The manager will provide you with a comprehensive allergy guide, and guide you through the buffet if desired. Top notch service. Thanks Disney for caring!

The chef came to our table and made food from the back for my kids. They still talk about this place and it’s been a few months since we ate there.
At check in they hand you an allergen guide to buffet listing what is and what is not containing specific allergens. Over 90% of buffet items are GF. The food was excellent and you keep eating until you can’t possibly eat any more. The salmon was amazing.

Chef comes right to you and explains what on buffet is GF. Very few items excluded- ask for GF bread. Try to catch the show while you eat- it's a treat! Very clean and food is fantastic!!!

Chefs Jerry & Kal were both Amazing!!! We are a family with multiple severe food allergies beyond just gluten. Chef Jerry literally walked us through the entire buffet letting us know what was safe for us & then went above & beyond by also preparing us separate salads, salmon & side dishes without sauces so we could still enjoy them & our own special fruit compote for dessert (to go with our fresh pineapple), as well as giving us Enjoy life cookies & chocolate bars! We actually left a buffet as full as our family for once!! This was our 2nd visit & it was even more impressive than the first, we can't wait to come back again!

We bought our 8 year old a gluten free hot dog and bun and she really enjoyed it! We actually ate at sommerfest, which is right next to the restaurant. She seemed to enjoy it.

Very surprised. normally I stay away from buffets but I didn't get sick at all. The chef personally walked me through the buffet telling me what I could and couldn't have. They brought gf rolls to my table upon request and even sent me home with gf brownies and cookies. would Def go back again
They had gluten free at the stand I got bratwurst with a gf bun and the potato salad..The bratwurst was good but the bun was very dry and crumbly the potato salad was good though! They prepared the bratwurst separate and brought it out separate :-)
