Okay personally, I hate beer. If you love it, awesome good for you. I did enjoy the blackbird stout and pumpkin Belgian. I'd come specifically here any day for the food though!! Literally the fries are the best I've ever had because they're always so fresh. The vegan corn dog is to die for good and even approved of by my non gf, omnivore boyfriend.

Everything was fantastic. The garden salad with perfect croutons was delightful, along with…every fried thing we tried. The donuts were the best GF donuts I’ve had even if they were super sweet - too sweet for me personally.

Have not tried one bad thing there! Their donuts are amazing, the corn dogs are so so good and the deep fried pickles are what my life has been missing all along! I’ve only tried their beers once and I found them excellent but I go for the food!!

This place is awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful. They not only gluten free, but have many vegan options. The food taste amazing too. It's a drive from were we live ( about an hour), but worth it since we don't have many dedicated gluten free kitchen near us. Oh the fried pickles, and pretzels are lovely. Many dip options too. And even better are there GF donuts they have on Saturdays; the maple bar and old fashion are better then non-gluten free donuts I've had. Very safe for Celiacs. Owner has celiac and so whole kitchen is gluten free. Oh and this place is kid friendly.

Being local, I have eaten here many times. I don’t drink beer, but the food is fabulous. Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Last night I had a cup of delicious potato soup, a green salad with candied walnuts, deep-fat fried asparagus spears, a chicken salad sandwich (made with their own good sandwich bread), and a lemon cookie that tasted so lemony and sweet. I also like their toasted cheese sandwich, French fries, maple bars and ALL THE DONUTS!

I love Bierly beer and have bought many bottles at the store! I was so excited when I found out they had a dedicated GF pub. I wanted to order almost everything on the menu and had to hold myself back. GF soft pretzel! Beer battered fries! Maple bars! I had all of these plus a beer taster (nice combo lol). All so good, and safe, and I wish they were closer.

This is a wonderful, wonderful find! Totally GF!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Their beer is awesome - lots of variety. Their chocolate donuts are to die for! My non GF husband loved the maple ones. They are huge, fried, with lots of frosting. We also tried the corn dogs, french fries, and pretzels. All were delicious! We were on vacation and it was so good that we came back the next day for lunch again! An incredible place for Celiacs and non Celiacs alike. A place that I had only dreamed of before! Looking forward to another trip!

Returned to their new facility, beer was as good as I remember. The onion rings were delicious and an excellent addition to the menu. Happy their success has allowed them to move into a new and bigger facility. The only dedicated fryers in Yamhill County, according to the employee.😁

If you have celiac (and even if you don’t), this place is spectacular. The donuts are amazing, the other food is delicious, there’s bread sometimes (the olive loaf is one of my favorites), and the beer is great too. From a safety point, everything is GF with no cross contamination. They’re also amazing at doing dairy free too, if you need that. Love them!!

Just had a pretzel and onion rings. The pretzel was delicious but the hot onion rings were fabulous. Even my non-GF hubby enjoyed them. On a Saturday afternoon, a nice, quick stop for a snack.

We stopped in to get some donuts on our way from the beach. We ended up getting a pretzel too. Everything was SO delicious. I can't recommend this place enough. No chance of cross contamination as they don't allow any gluten containing items on the premises. For those with Celiac, you can feel confident your food is safe and delicious!

I recently moved to McMinnville and I’m so excited this restaurant is close to my home because I’m going to be eating at this establishment regularly.

Besides being completely gluten free (they don’t allow any gluten reduced beer 🍺) they are also oat free because of the cross contamination.

Their amazing menu consists of over a dozen beers on tap, fried pickles, soft pretzels, corn dog 🐕 and multiple different amazing desserts including maple 🍁 and raspberry filled doughnuts 🍩

If you visit ONE restaurant in town, go to Bierly’s. You’ll love the food, the friendly staff and the fact that you can order food off a menu and not have to ask if it’s gluten free.

We definitely had a five-star experience at Bierly Brewery! I checked this app to find somewhere to eat while in McMinnville with friends. I saw that this brewery had rave reviews and thought "thats strange, a brewery that has gluten free options". It wasn't until we showed up that I realized it was a 100% gluten free facility. I was excited but nervous because I was with three people who can eat gluten and love normal beer. Thankfully they were open minded so we stayed.

It had been over a year since the last time I drank a (gluten free) beer. I was thrilled to see their vast selection and have the chance to sample a couple. My friends all really enjoyed the gluten free beer and even mentioned that it "tasted like the real thing". I've forgotten what gluten beer tastes like so to me it tasted exactly like "the real thing". My partner said "not only was that a great gluten free beer but it was one of the best beers I've had lately".

OH MY GOODNESS - the food. Between everyone at our table we ordered (at least) one of everything off the menu. Corndog, butternut squash dogs, pretzels, hot cheese dip, fried pickles, and onion rings. Our table was covered in plates of food. All which were licked clean by the time we left. We ordered one of each flavor donut to take home with us. It had been years since I last ate a donut. They were the best donuts in the world. They surpassed my expectations and my memories of donuts-passed.

The cherry on top of this (gluten free) cake of an experience, was the incredibly friendly owner who came over and introduced himself to us. He is a gem and you can tell he takes his beer, his food and his craft very seriously. We will definitely be returning to Bierly Brewery every time we come to McMinnville. I look forward to buying their beer at Market of Choice in the meantime.

100% GF establishment!!! They have the BEST GF donuts-I have tried many of the famous GF bakeries in NYC, PNW and US tourist areas and Bierlys are the closest in taste to a gluten filled donut, especially when eaten fresh at the brewery. They also have delicious pretzels with beer cheese or mustard dipping sauces. The pretzels can be purchased by the dozen frozen to take home and they reheat very well. Excellent variety of craft GF beers-they usually have at least eight on tap. They post their donut flavor of the weekend on FB the week prior and have their regular donut flavors every weekend.

JP & Amelia are amazing and their food and beer offerings are hands down the best in all things GF. We commute from Tigard and the drive is always worth it. I want to sneak the pretzels and beer cheese into a Blazer game it’s sooooo good. Their new location allows them to increase their offerings and are always adding and experimenting with new foods and drinks. This is a MUST VISIT for anyone GF or Celiac.

These guys are amazing! Went during COVID for a little bday celebration (just the household) and they let us sit out back. They were masked up and super considerate. The beer is unbelievable, not just for GF beer, but for any beer. Then the pretzels, baguettes, and cupcakes! Wha...?!!

Dedicated facility. They sell their own beers, and a few GF beers from other companies, plus local ciders. The pretzel was great! The large nachos and large sausage-and-cheese platter were too much for us (but that’s ok, since now I have yummy leftovers!). The hot donut was delicious!
