I have Celia Disease and have been here twice and had the gf cauliflower crust for my pizza without any problems. It is amazing and warms up well. I asked and they have a separate area where they prep and use separate ingredients and utensils. It is in same kitchen/oven but never had an issue. I need to be careful of cross contamination.
