Update: No more dedicated fryer!!

Staff was very knowledgeable about what was in their food (needed some encouragement to know what gluten was) but with the open kitchen we were able to talk to the chef and ask all of the questions. Fries are made in a dedicated fryer and all of their sauces are gluten free. Don’t eat the bread, but hopefully you know that...
