The servers all have a list of gluten free options and the kitchen is willing and able to prepare foods without cross contamination if notified of an “allergy”.

Very few GF options (pretty much just the omlettes) and the staff arent very knowledgeable about GF/CC/celiac. I have eaten here a few times without issue, but options are very few

Ate here once- got very sick- must have been cross contamination as my food I ordered was naturally gluten free
They have plenty of gf items and will clean griddles, etc. to avoid cross contamination.
Not at all celiac friendly. Every time I ate there I got terribly sick. You wouldn't miss much by skipping it. The omelets taste unpleasantly sweet, and the grits are heart attack in a bowl. Over rated.

Zero effort to prevent cross contamination in the kitchen areas. Inconsistent quality and dirty flatware as well
