Counter staff were absolutely clueless about gluten free and celiac. No GF menu. All sauces contaminated, mustard, mayo, vinaigrette dressing. They did have GF bread.

I had the avocado gf toast, was really good! Staff was knowledgeable!
Sometimes, you just want to have a good deli sandwich. If so, check this place out. There isn’t a GF menu but the have really good GF bread and can make most every sandwich GF. I assumed the cold cuts were GF and so far, no side effects so think it was okay. Would love them to be more precise about the ingredients but as most gluten free people have found, details are hard to come by most of the time. The manager was present when I ordered and helped the counter person understand the importance of maintaining safety for “an allergy” so that was a positive for sure.

We stopped in Vail on our way to Denver. My daughter who has Celiacs ordered a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes, and gf toast. The person who took my order marked it as a gluten allergy and said that the kitchen staff would change their gloves. She enjoyed her meal, specifically the gf toast and had no reaction afterwards. The restaurant serves breakfast all day, sandwiches, and salads. They do not have gluten free pancakes or waffles. Everyone in our group ate breakfast food but you could get any of the sandwiches on the menu with gluten free bread. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Vail.

Great experience. They asked right away if it was an allergy or preference and ensured my bread would be in a separate toaster. I came here twice because they made me feel so comfortable!

I found this on google maps after typing in “gluten free”. They say on their menu they have gluten free bread but I was skeptical. I talked to the cashier and she said she does have gluten free bread and if they know it’s an allergy or celiac, they try to ensure cross contamination. My sandwich was delicious! I’ll update if I have any cross contamination issues, but so far I feel great!
