My mom has Celiacs disease.
Our steak house server did not know what that was. We explained the basic principles, and my mom did not get sick.
The food was not great for the price we paid, but that’s common for eating in Grand Canyon

Service was excellent. Ambiance wonderful and warm (so good since it was cold outside mid-March). I had the chicken and my husband had the ribs - both GF. Though both were very overcooked and dry, we both got full and I did not get sick. Service, ambiance, delicious baked potato, and safe food is the reason for 5-stars.

The staff is not very knowledgeable on even what "gluten free" is. Make sure to talk to the chef and come with low expectations

The pricey did not bother me - but it took 3 times for them to get my order GF. They said i could order prime rib - it cam out with au jus which I know is not gf - I was correct - then they order me a boneless rib-eye - he brought out a New York strip - not gf - so finally I got a hastily cooked rib eye and half done baked potato. They made the bill right but if you go ask for the owner/cook I think you would have less trouble.
I will say they tried

Very knowledgeable chef who consulted with us and we did not get sick (we're very sensitive).
