Essentially dedicated gluten free because it’s all shaved ice and flavors. All of their toppings are gluten free, too. They don’t sell anything that contains gluten. It’s all delicious.

They do keep boxes of beignet mix in glass cases, but I’m pretty sure they aren’t for sale and it’s just because the theme of the place of New Orleans.

Signage in the store states everything is gluten free, and after having eaten there for years I personally have no reason to doubt that.

Their regular flavors claim to be vegan, so they shouldn’t contain dairy. They have “cream” flavors in a separate list, and their add-ons are mostly dairy (one is a sweetened condensed milk topping) as well as having the option to fill the inside of the shaved ice with soft serve (vanilla or chocolate only).

I wanted to make people aware just because it’s shaved ice does not mean the flavors they are using to add onto the ice are certified gluten free, be careful and do your own research.
