Big Ed's Barbecue

Painless celiac here- the ingredients of their barbecue sauce is gluten-free/ it did say natural smoke flavor, but because they cook their meat and house and make the sauce and house. I felt OK about it. They all insisted it was gluten-free! It was a good meal. I did not ask about kitchen cleanliness because the entire restaurant is strictly meat. The only signs I have on a regular are bloating and bathroom issues the next day today I have neither.

Their BBQ sauce is not gluten free. No dedicated fryer. Was told there is not a gluten free menu.
