Server informed that no sauces are GF. Could only have had a salad. We did not stay to eat.

Be aware none of the sauces are gluten free. Disappointed that they said they could not find gf. Soy sauce in the past 6 months, cannot do baked beans either

Wait staff was very knowledgeable! I had the Mahi Mahi Tacos (corn tortillas) and a margarita.
Not all the staff is aware of the cross contamination issue in their friers. Our first time in the waitress didn’t even mention it but our next time the waiter was well aware and steered us off the items that were not safe. The food was delicious but they still need to pay attention to what the customers tell them because the issue was mentioned on both times and addressed correctly only once. And they certainly have cross contamination on their friers as I got sick the first time in. The second time everything was perfect!
My son and I both had the burnt tips. They were excellent! Also got a side of slaw and baked beans. Both were awesome. We also had a bottle of Omission Gluten-free beer. Prices are reasonable. We are a family of four and lunch car to $57.
Food was excellent. I ended up going with the Mahi fish tacos. They tested safe. The bloody mary mix is not safe as they use soy sauce.
The staff has hit or miss knowledge, but there is knowledgable staff. They just have to go check on things.
Overall I would definitely come back, just make sure to ask questions and be patient.

We placed a to-go order and as soon as we mentioned celiac the order taker knew exactly what we needed. I got the beef and chicken tacos on corn tortillas and they were delicious!! Sauce was GF and very good...not too sweet and not too spicy.
Yes
The staff was knowledgeable about their gluten free offerings and was friendly and confirmed that the tacos were indeed on their corn taco shell. The beans were just ok, the cole slaw was good and the meats are all GF. The burnt ends were the highlight. All 4 GF eaters were full and satisfied. And the regular eaters were as well. A win. No dedicated fryer but that was easy to overcome with all the choices.
Our server was super knowledgeable and told us with no hesitation that everything on the menu except for things that went in the fryer were gluten free. The food was very good. Their barbeque sauce was a little spicy for my taste since I have an extremely low tolerance to spice but it was extremely flavorful. The flavor outweighed the spice and I enjoyed great barbeque without any repercussions later.

Celiacs DO NOT eat here. We checked with the manager and later with our server. Our 2 boys have celiac. Indicated that to both. Ordered tacos with corn tortillas. My younger son got his first and dove right in. Our older son got his and noticed his corn tortillas were a different color. But it was too late. 20 minutes later my youngest was violently ill. The staff does not have adequate knowledge and doesn’t care. Many other GF options in JH!

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately no separate fryer but don’t worry, there is plenty to eat here. All of the meat, the baked beans, the slaw, is all gluten free. Some of the best barbecue I’ve had in long time. Highly recommended.

Great staff but please note they do not have a dedicated fryer!
Great ribs! Perfect service. Comfortable tables outside in view of the ski slopes.

Gluten-free beer, amazing chicken wings and lovely BBQ tacos. The place to go to when you cannot eat gluten and want to eat BBQ.
Great gluten free wings and ribs. No gluten free bread.
