Big Kahuna Wings - Farragut

I eat here regularly and have no issues. The regular wings are not breaded and they are made in a separate fryer than the breaded boneless wings. Some sauces are not gf, but the staff knows. I dealt directly with the owner before visiting a few years back. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Just had lunch there today. Yummy! I brought my own sauce (YumYum sauce) since the honey ranch is no longer gluten free.

NOT CELIAC SAFE!!! it odd to me their menu says celiac friendly yet they use the same fryer for all chicken so indeed not celiacs safe!!! Also I got a salad with Cajun grilled chicken and it broke my mouth out horribly!! Not a safe place!!!
