Review of Big Mike's Baking Company

VERY DISAPPOINTED! My EXPENSIVE birthday cake was ruined! First of all, I bought 3 VERY expensive birthday cakes(6in., 12in., 12in.) I paid for it in full. The 6in. (Red velvet) was the ONLY 1 that we enjoyed! Both of the 12in. cakes were raw inside, didn’t have the fillings I paid for and it was EXTREMELY TOO SWEET and very Amateurishly decorated! He wanted to deliver it because I told him that I wouldn’t want something to go WRONG with my 3 BIRTHDAY CAKES which NOBODY liked, NOBODY ATE and I paid $681.06!!! Including, $52.00 and he saw my birthday cake broken when he delivered it. I was a good sport and offered to fix it BUT, when I opened the cake box, the cake fell apart! Hence, my VERY BAD REVIEW! I HAD TO BAKE AND DECORATE AN 8in. CHRISTMAS CAKE LAST MINUTE! UNACCEPTABLE, AFTER I PAID $681.06! My family, especially my daughter, was so livid, she texted Mike and his response is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
