Server Christian was knowledgeable about gluten free and menu options. Including salads, protein wrapped burgers and cauliflower crust pizza. I had a side salad and cauliflower crust pizza. The crust was so delicious, I was concerned it might not be gluten free. It was gluten free and I had no reactions! The atmosphere is one of a kind and live music an additional plus. Good time!

Very knowledgeable about what on the menu is gluten free, down to the dressings and bbq sauce. Happily surprised for a touristy saloon
