My experience being a gluten and dairy free allergenic person… was AMAZING! At any given restaurant I go to, they NEVER have a fully gluten/dairy free sandwich for me. NOT ONLY did they have it, BUT it was SPECTACULAR! I felt very accommodated and loved regardless of my allergy. I got a Vegan burger and the patty was entirely unprocessed and tasted better than any other I’ve ever had. COME HERE FOR BLISS.

Our family had a great experience at Big Orange. Waitress was knowledgeable and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed fries made in a separate, gluten free fryer. Burger was delicious and was served on a Dempseys hamburger bun that tasted great and texture was spot on! Our celiac daughter and worried momma left happy!

One of my favorite restaurants in LR, never ever have been sick here out of at least 20 visits. Staff always knowledgeable, gluten free bun and fries (sweet potato fries are the BEST). The vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry shakes are gf and amazing!

Wonderful experience.... Brittany went out of her way to double check that they had a separate fryer and make sure other options could be made gluten free. GF bun and an awesome burger....

Server was incredible. He informed me there is a dedicated fryer for the fries. He took care of the fact I have celiac. Food was SO good!!! Fries were amazing. I had the Arkansas bacon and cheddar burger.

The staff were rude- nothing is dedicated and they won’t ensure anything wont clean anything- think they spit in our food! Be careful - they’ve told us gluten free when it wasn’t... I’ve been a customer for years but I will never go back super unsatisfied for the price. the only option is a burger and one type of fry or a salad- and I’m the type to eat salads at home so when I go out/ I DONT WANT a salad!!! ice cream used to be gluten free isn’t anymore and i’ve been contaminated when I have an allergy with my “gluten free” fries— there was fried chicken ... anyway NOT gluten free- not celiac friendly

Had gluten free buns from Demsey for a small additional price. They brought out non gluten free food at first, however they replaced it and were very polite about the situation. Food was good and very epic! I would rate 3.5 stars but I can't, sorry.

They have gluten free buns but they don’t know a lot about cross contamination. Had a salad labeled GF but the dressing contained soy sauce...

Got cross contaminated. I have celiacs and I was so excited to eat here. I ordered a burger and told the lady I have celiacs. She said "well, you can't eat the normal fries, but we just got a new dedicated gluten free fryer and we can make you sweet potato fries." I said "sounds great." I don't know what happened but I was sick for days. If this restaurant is celiac friendly, then more training needs to happen about cross contamination. Not sure I can bring myself to eat here ever again. 😢
