Finding safe GF food options in Honolulu can be difficult. Big Wave Dave’s was a new and totally enjoyable discovery. A small coffee shop under the Embassy Suites, they have open air seating, fun music and a helpful staff. The owner is aware of GF/celiac considerations and happy to offer delicious mochi crepes. I had the strawberry crepe, but they also offer a number of other sweet and savory options. If you’re looking for something other than bacon and eggs, this place is worth the trip!
Happened upon this place for coffee and looked up to see a sign that said GF crepes. We had three savory and one Mochi. They showed me the packaging for the crepe mix and it said it was made in a GF facility. All were very good. Only caveat is that if they are short handed, they make not be able to make them.

Gluten free crepes were good. Appears to be the only thing they cook on the hot plate so risk of cross contamination is low. Ate here twice with no problems. Good coffee too.
