Big Wave Shrimp Truck

Looking for cleaner garlic shrimp & the ability to do gluten free lead me to Big Wave Shrimp food truck. They absolutely can do gluten free, it’s as simple as asking! They were so friendly & truly served their dishes with Aloha! The shrimp was so fresh & not greasy (like other trucks down the way can be). Definitely give it a visit!
