Called ahead, they were super knowledgeable about what was and wasn't GF and they explained cross contamination with the fryers (I LOVE when places automatically do that).
Specified the allergy when we got there. They forgot to tell the kitchen about the allergy. Food came out with bread on it. They told us to keep the contaminated food on the table and they'd go make a new one. Oopsies happen, and they made it right! Even got apologies from everybody.
All meats, green beans, baked beans and slaw are GF. Fryer is cross contaminated.
