Everyone here is extremely well informed and take pride in their handling of all allergies. When I said “Celiac” they walked us through the menu (they can make anything GF) and told us all about their precautions. It was a busy Saturday morning and they cleared all of the tickets, cleaned the grill, and cooked fresh GF pancakes and sausage on the cleaned griddle with dedicated utensils. They also mentioned no gluten in anything that gets fried. Terry the owner takes great pride! Highly recommend!
