First off, the food is SOOOO good! This is my go-to breakfast spot when I'm in the Berkshires. Second, the staff and owner are VERY knowledgeable about safety and cross contamination. Nearly the entire menu can be made gluten free. Celiacs and allergy sufferers can eat here with confidence!
