First visit here. Atmosphere is great, server personality very friendly, fun and upbeat. Most of the menu is gf. Felt very safe eating. Feel great after. I ordered this pie thing with pulled pork, added Cole slaw and the sauce. Every bite was like eating something new each time. Crazy delicious bowl of food. We'll def return. It was roughly $50 for the two of us.

Tons of gluten free options including kid friendly options! They were knowledgeable about celiac and even mentioned changing gloves before we said anything about it! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!

Wow, Bigs BBQ is the real deal! A complete understanding of gluten free and cross contamination and did everything they could to make sure we would be safe.

The food is fantastic! The only thing I couldn't have being celiac is the bun...the 'pie' (bowl option) is so good you wouldn't have wanted a regular sandwich anyway. The owner is old school even chops his own wood for his smoker! The owners are a great couple who really care about their product and their customers needs. Highly recommend!!

Food was absolutely delicious

This place is really a hidden gem. Owner herself has celiac so she understands the importance of being extremely careful and the reprocussions for people if there is cross contamination. Food was delicious & service was great. Will be back for sure!

This place is unique. Restaurant is in a house and they brew their own beer in the basement. They have a gf cider and root beer which is also brewed there. Brisket, burnt ends, and potato salad were gf and delicious.

I have eaten there several times and not had a reaction . They understand about gluten concerns and are careful about CC. Food is great and there is gluten free soft drinks and hard cider.

Everything, except buns, is gluten free. Pulled pork was EXCELLENT! Also good baked beans and potato salad.

This place is wonderful. Small, friendly, and knowledgable on their ingredients. I had the Iowa BBQ Pie, and OH MY, this might be my favorite lunch ever. There was a GF cider on the menu for those wanting an adult beverage, and while I was the only GF person in my party of 6, everyone enjoyed their lunch a lot. Thanks for the great service!

I’m highly sensitive so can tell within hours if I’ve been cross-contaminated. I ate WAAAY too much food here, and left feeling nothing more than the nausea of seriously overeating. Owner’s wife is Celiac, and while they are not a GF facility, take all precautions to avoid any cross contamination. I felt very comfortable eating here. will be back.
