They make their own delicious chili with fresh everything. So maybe not celiac friendly, I think they have a shared fryer but for the allergic people like me can enjoy the frito pie which is OUTSTANDING and use your gluten knowledge to order salads or a bun less burger. I know this because the owner came out to show me the ingredients he uses for the frito pie to make me feel better. So definitely ask here but feel safe.
