I checked with the owner and their staff. All of their syrups are gluten free and vegan. They can make all drinks gluten free, including their campfire latte. They had jet-puffed marshmallows, but will be getting some GF ones! :) 😀 they worked with me and assured me that they would do everything to prevent any cross contamination. They roast their own beans ! It is the BEST coffee. I ordered a vanilla latte with 3 shots of expresso. Absolutely wonderfully smooth taste. Totally worth it!
