Most of the menu is gluten free besides their buns, and biscuits but the chicken and fried items are in a gluten free frier that’s celiac safe and if you tell them they take extra precautions even wrote a note for my order. You can order multiple types of chicken and sides!

Most of the menu except for a couple of items were gluten free, and there was a dedicated gluten free fryer. My family and I got fish and chips with truffle fries that were phenomenal. The service was fast and the people were very nice.

This is my favorite restaurant! It’s hard to satisfy a fried chicken craving with celiac’s disease but Billy’s fried chicken is the answer. You would never be able to tell it’s gluten free by the taste and texture. I’ve had their food twice and so far haven’t had any issues with gluten contamination. They are not a dedicated gluten free facility but they only have one single item with gluten (the sandwich buns) and the staff are careful about keeping this separate from everything else and preventing cross contamination. Their truffle fries are really good (like so goddamn good), the sauce is phenomenal, and the fried chicken is just as crispy and way tastier than kfc -with the added bonus that I don’t feel sick after eating at Billy’s. My personal go to is their popcorn chicken, but I also really recommend the Japanese fried chicken. It’s kind of like fried teriyaki chicken and it is mouth watering.

They have entrees for as low as $12 which is simultaneously the cheapest and highest quality gluten free meal in the rogue valley. I am overjoyed to have an option for food that is tasty and celiac safe that I don’t have to cook myself, and that I can take friends to without feeling like they’re sacrificing tastiness of gluten centric kitchens to include me in an evening out. Billy’s is the best and you’re missing out if you don’t try it.

Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, even before celiac! The buttermilk pieces had crunchy skin and the meat was delicious! The fries were also good, and I could eat them! The staff is knowledgeable and ridiculously friendly (they brought me a cup of ice cream when they found out my birthday is coming up in a few days).

The chicken was so good that I ordered a half a bird to bring back home to Minneapolis tomorrow! Can’t recommend this place strongly enough!

Fabulous places, I had the Asian sampler and it was all so good idk which flavor was the best. Other than actual Bread the whole menu is gluten free, and the bartender and cocktails are fabulous!

Amazing fried chicken and truffle French fries !! I hadn’t eating fried chicken in years because it’s so hard to find a restaurant with a dedicated fryer. Owner/chef understands GF. Staff is knowledgeable. Try the Taiwanese chicken it’s so good.
