With celiac, it is very hard to find places that are safe to eat. This place was awesome! Whole menu is gluten free and they don’t use gluten in their kitchen at all. Cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, the whole meal was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Omg the best vegan breakfast sandwich! The cashew cream was delicious and the spices of the vegan sausage were fabulous. Line moves quickly!

There was a line but it moved very quickly so don’t let that stop you! Had the breakfast sandwich and I highly recommend it. Also had the corn berry muffin which was yummy. I wish I would have ordered the tiramisu for later. Will be back for sure.

Great food in a dedicated GF facility! I ate lunch here twice and breakfast once while visiting town for the weekend. Even my non-GF family members were impressed with the menu and food quality!

Wow gluten free Heaven. All I can say. We all ordered different dishes (to go, as they are only doing to go). My daughter and I ordered the avocado toast (I got a fried egg on top). That was delicious, the toast was like a French roll (gluten free of course). They didn’t skimp at all... tons of avocado, perfect fresh ingredients! My husband got the egg sandwich and he said the bread/bun was great. It didn’t fall apart at all. We will go back for sure! Mad I haven’t tried it sooner. Must go!! We also ordered a cream puff and carrot cake. Didn’t eat those yet but can’t wait!!

Everything is gluten free! With co-vid right now they are doing a set menu each day (which varies). They had plenty of options! The food was not anything amazing (flavor wise), but it also wasn’t horrible. I most likely would not go back, but if you are wanting foods that can cater to allergies, this is your place!

All of the bakery items we have tried have been amazing! Particular shout out to the chocolate chip cookie. We also dined on Mongolian BBQ night. My husband was very happy with his gochujang salmon, sticky rice, and stir fried veggies. I was less happy with my tamari ginger beef, but I suspect I just don’t like Mongolian food as much as my husband does. Very friendly service.

We ate there during COVID so we ordered at a window and took it to go. We shared cinnamon rolls and cakes and donuts and a macaroon and it was all exceptional. Most GF sweets are super duper sweet but these weren’t. Very delish.

This is a dedicated facility so I feel extremely safe!

The food is so fresh and delicious. The owner/chef just recently won “Beat Bobby Flay” on Food Network! My entire family loves it, even the non-Celiac gluten eaters. Highly recommend! We live more than 2 hours away but frequently find a reason to go to Asheville so we can eat there. :)

Everything is gluten-free!! Besides that it is delicious and the staff super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about food sensitivities. I went a little nuts and got a cupcake, and eclair, bagels and cinnamon buns! All were fantastic.

Everything is fantastic and everything is safe! Not a speck of gluten in the whole restaurant. I come here several times per week and have never had a reaction. I am totally in love with this place. There’s so much flavor in the food, and the baked goods are incredible. They made my son’s birthday cake and it was heaven; even better than any non-gf cake I can remember. The people that work here are very kind and attentive. The atmosphere and music are solid. They are always making new items and they listen to customer feedback. On Fridays, they have fresh loaves of teff bread for sale. They also just launched a kids menu that my three year old highly approves of. I’ve taken my friends and family here and they’re all surprised at how good gluten free food can be. Really a special place, please check it out.

I have eaten here a few times. 100% gluten free. Celiac’s can eat here worry free. I can’t resist the desert case when we go. Especially the tiramisu. Most people who go here are not aware it’s 100% gluten free as it isn’t advertised. However, it is a bit on the pricey side.

Wow!!! LOVED the Breakfast Dosa wrap. It was light and crispy wrap filled with eggs & potatoes and reminded me of a samosa (which I haven’t had since becoming gf). Also a great waffle and toast. I brought some desserts home too. Excited to try them 😍

This place is AMAZING. Everything on the menu is gluten free, and everything we ordered was so delicious. There's a lot of desserts, too. They even have gluten free tiramisu!!!!!!! It's HEAVENLY. There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options, too! The staff was incredibly nice and knowledgable; they made sure we knew as soon as we walked through the door that there's zero gluten in the facility. At the end of the meal, the only thing I was disappointed about was that I can't pack the entire restaurant up and take it back to Virginia with me!

This place was amazing! Totally GF and many DF, NF, EF options as well. Not only was our food beautiful to look at but tasted fabulous. My daughter who cannot tolerate gluten and has a nut allergy was able to get an incredible cinnamon roll that rivals Cinnabon. She was so thrilled! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We ate at the tables outside, as we had our dog with us, and they even brought him a bowl of water! We would reccomend this place 100%!

This cafe was incredible! Sooo many options since the place is 100% gf! I got one of their house made sodas and a cinnamon roll. I returned the next day to get lunch. The gyro was really good, plus it was the first one I've had since diagnosis two years ago! Definitely recommend.

Entire restaurant is GF. Lots of pastry options some dairy and nut free as well. Sandwich, wraps, salad options plus bowls. Had a yummy BimBimBap bowl. Husband who is not GF or an adventurous eater got the bowl too & liked it.

My wife and I are both Celiac and we found this restaurant on FMGF. We had breakfast and turned for dinner after a day at the Biltmore. Total non gluten restaurant. Amazing eclairs, and cheesecake along with great pasta for dinner. Don't miss it!
