WOW!!! This is a trendy fine dining establishment. I have never been to a place like this before. The menu was very different from any restaurant I’ve ever experienced before. In fact, I wasn’t sure it was for me but (Lauren) our waitress was very knowledgeable about what they could put together for me from the menu that would be delicious AND safe. AND IT WAS FABULOUS!!! Then there was the gf Crack pie a la mode which is to die for. Bin 707 is expensive but such a lovely experience and splurge for my husband and myself. Definitely give it a try.

5 stars for both quality of food and celiac friendliness. There were numerous GF options and wait staff were knowledgeable about them. The crispy salmon was exceptional. Atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. Highly recommended.

Most entrees will are either GF or made GF upon request. Staff is knowledgeable about GF. If you get the Colorado Lamb dish you will not regret it. Absolutely amazing!

A wonderful place. Locally sourced food was very good for both celiac and non celiac diners. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious about celiac. Much of the menu is or can be made gluten free, though only gluten free crackers and not gluten free bread.

Celiac friendly?

Our wait person was very knowledgeable and helpful. She offered that the kitchen staff was willing to adjust to make dishes celiac friendly. We had cheese, salmon, and a burger w/o bun. I wasn't sick the next day (which will happen if I'm exposed to gluten). Everything was very tasty and the whole experience was delightful!

Yes

The staff is knowledgeable and there are enough choices. The chef is glad to make substitutions. I'm gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. So I'm used to making requests for changes and asking a lot of questions. The brunch menu and lunch menu both had several excellent choices for me. I've never had problems after eating here.

There are not a whole lot of GF items and when you get some orders GF they can be disappointing. Food is good and pricey but if you want trendy food this is the place.

One of my favorite spots in town. Knowledgeable of gluten free.
