Bindia Indian Bistro

Prior to making a reservation, we talked to someone at Bindia who let us know that most of the menu items did not contain gluten and that they were aware of cross contamination issues. We also noted "Celiac-no gluten" in the comments section when making an online reservation. Our server seemed hesitant when I asked him about celiac issues but confirmed that the items I had chosen were gluten free. The food was delicious and I had no symptoms later that evening or the next day. I would recommend this restaurant but also recommend that anyone who is celiac should have a conversation with a server/manager to ensure that they understand the risk of cross contamination. Although most menu items are naturally gluten free, Bindia does prepare and serve Naan and so the opportunity for cc exists both in the kitchen and while serving.
