No dedicated fryers or kitchen space. The new “Smoked” is not celiac safe and the management is very rude about it.

So Bingas Windham no longer exists, but one of the owners had reopened as "Smoked Windham". They advertise all kinds of gluten free fried foods. I questioned them about fryer knowing that it was probably the same one Bingas had been using. They told me it was not dedicated, but they had "tons of regulars that are celiac". Others were getting excited about the GF options on their Facebook post about the menu, so I responded to one mentioning that it isn't a dedicated fryer. Their response was nasty. Talking about how I should go blow up the social media of every other restaurant that has a "GF" on their menu. While I was responding about how I wasn't badmouthing their restaurant but just sharing safety information they took down the post. I'm hoping they realized that it was a bad response.

Not celiac safe at all. Portland location had dedicated fryer, but Windham does not.

No dedicated fryer for gluten free so gluten free options are pointless if you have Celiac. I have no idea how the food is since I couldn’t eat anything due glutenous food being thrown inside same fryer as “gluten free.”

Best Gluten free tenders anywhere. Been GF for more than 7 years and these are the tenders I dream about at night. Hand it fries are also likely the best around.

I was just informed that if you are a celiac, they do NOT have a dedicated fryer for gluten free products. This is disappointing since they advertise gluten free friendly.
No
I don't know how it was a year ago, however they have separate fryers now for the gluten free items! They have several gluten free options since a lot of their breaded items are in gluten free breading. I have celiac and did not get sick.
Although they advertise most things are GF there is not a separate fryer so not celiac safe. They were very nice and did provide me with a wedge salad that didn't make me sick!

They list almost everything on the menu as GF and their Portland location has awesome reviews about being celiac friendly but when I checked to be sure this location did in fact have a dedicated fryer for their chicken tenders, fries, etc (which are all marked GF), I found out they don't. You can eat smoked wings or nachos if you're there with others but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.
