Tried this place for the first time today with my dad and boyfriend. I have celiac disease and have been gluten free for almost a year now. Neither my dad or my boyfriend are gluten free. Because my dad lives in Pueblo I did some research on places to eat. This place had gotten the best reviews from what I saw. The food was great! However, hours later I felt very sick and nauseous. I had the build your own burger, regular beef with cheddar cheese, bacon, Lettuce, tomato, onion and their bbq sauce with a gluten free bun. The fries on there menu also said gluten free, and I asked them if it was really gluten free and they assured me that they were. Again the food was great but I don't think I will be eating here again. The only thing I can think of that may have not been gluten-free is their sauce I got on my burger, they way they prepare the gluten free bun (looked to be cooked on the inside like on a griddle so possible cross contamination) or the fries.
