Bird Bird Biscuit

In 10 years of being GF, I don’t think I’ve had a biscuit….until today! It was buttery and crunchy on the outside and amazing! I’ve missed this.

The restaurant is all outdoors - more like a food stand. I didn’t see any restrooms available. There isn’t a GF kitchen. I ordered the lovely day on a GF biscuit and added some honey and it was amazing! I will definitely be going back.

— Excellent

I am gluten sensitive and ordered a Lovely Day on GF biscuit with their house made chicken sausage which they said was GF. Added a bit of honey and it was delicious! The biscuit is so legit, I thought they didn’t give me the GF version but husband confirmed the texture is ever so slightly different from the non-GF one. I could eat their GF biscuits with honey all the time!

I didn’t ask about what safety protocols were in place.

I got a gluten free bacon egg breakfast biscuit. It was amazing. My husband (who isn’t gluten free) tried it and said he wouldn’t have been able to tell. So flaky and delicious.

Made to order so it does take some time but it was worth the wait! Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back!

The staff is super friendly and excited to offer gluten free biscuits. They are made from scratch and made fresh. I must say this place is NOT celiac friendly at all. But worth the stop if you’re gluten free and not overly sensitive
