They removed the up charge for the GF bun and grilled chicken patty which makes a sandwich a reasonable price as a GF option. Previously stopped going as the added $5 was too much.

Birdcall used to be my go-to for something quick and easy. Their fries were amazing and my family loved coming here. About 6 months back, they changed food suppliers. Things don’t taste the same and the fries are sad. I’ve also noticed that my whole family feels sick to their stomach after eating here, and some of them are not celiac. We’ve tried on several different occasions and everyone came home not wanting to ever eat there again.

The manager, Jennifer H, helped me. She and her daughter have celiac so she understood. They have GF chicken nuggets!!!! They were delicious! They have a dedicated GF fryer for fries, nuggets and tots (the tots seasoning is not GF). The chicken sandwiches have GF buns available as well. Great food!

I have eaten here twice now without getting sick or having any issues! I did notify individual taking our order that I am celiac. They were not confused by how to handle my meal. Ordered nuggets w the Buffalo dipping sauce and cole slaw as side the first time. And nuggets w bird-bq sauce and fries the second time. Breading on nuggets is slightly sweet but very tasty.

Nuggets, fries and tots have dedicated fryer. However, tots have a seasoning added after being cooked that is NOT gf from my understanding. The fries do not disappoint though, pinky promise!

Very happy to have another fast food/drive thru that I can enjoy WITH my family!

The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to explain everything to me. The nuggets are all gluten free and so are the fries and tater tots (without the seasoning). Also, all the sauces were GF. I have celiac and I have no problems at all! I will definitely be coming back.

Dedicated fryer for gluten free nuggets. Said they could do tots and fries without the seasoning and it would be safe. When I asked about it, the staff and manager were all knowledgeable of procedures to not cross-contaminate. They made me feel welcome and it didn’t seem like a hassle for them. Very friendly and welcoming! Only tried the nuggets. I’ll be back to try the tots too!
