Cute place, good tacos but they don’t understand gluten. We explained our son had a “gluten allergy” and they said just order tacos on corn tortillas, which we did. Then tacos came out with fried onions on them - which I am assuming we’re not gluten free. Also, while the guy server / owner was friendly, there was a female waitress we ended up with who was surly. Pass this up if you have celiac.

My husband and I visited Birdrock Taco on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Business was on the lighter side and we were seated and attended to quickly. When asked about a GF menu, the server told us that all but one thing on the menu could be made GF by using soft corn tortillas instead of the flour ones. We were very pleased with the flavor of our tacos. These aren't your ordinary taco. They are more like gormet tacos whether your vegan or not or GF or not.
They had indoor and outdoor seating with a comfortable atmosphere and good music.

Very good! Everything in the menù could be gluten free
Yes
Its not what I thought when I moved into the village.
Although the food was delicious and they had a nice selection of Gluten Free beers, the service was horrible. We went for lunch and the server was VERY annoyed that I asked which items could be done gluten free. After she said she wasn’t totally sure she refused to get someone who did know and told me to just order with corn shells. I then ordered the chicken tinga and shrimp on “spec” that they were in fact gluten free and that she would check before placing the order. Well what came out was chicken and some mystery breaded fish, and after sending it back once she brought it out and just put it on the table saying “it’s gluten free” where I had to again correct her that no, I ordered the shrimp. 5 min later I finally get the shrimp. Food was good as I said but I will not be back unless they label their menu.
