Amazing birria tacos from this dedicated GF food truck. I had been to the upscale Mexican spot in the Penny Hotel the week before and gotten glutened. These were half the price and awesome.

Menu is 100% GF so completely safe for celiacs & those with gluten/wheat allergies, as they only use corn tortillas and not flour. The food is pretty good although I have had better birria. But it's a 4.5 out of 5 and dedicated GF so can't complain
