Super small and authentic little shop in uptown! I mentioned that I have celiac disease and they informed me that only the hot sauce has gluten.

They hand make their corn tortillas to order and the food is phenomenal. I got the quesabirria (they did serve me hot sauce on the side which I confirmed is indeed the sauce with gluten, so just be mindful of that in case they serve it to you. Same sauce that is in their bottles).

Staff was really nice and answered my questions. SO delicious, ate a couple hours ago and I still feel great! I’ve been wanting to try quesabirria since I’ve been diagnosed and I’m so excited to have found a place!

**edit** I also had contacted them through instagram and they just got back to me. They said no gluten enters their kitchen, I asked about the hot sauce and explained what they told me in person and they reiterated that there is no gluten anywhere on the menu.

Had two tacos. They only have corn tortillas and make them to order so they’re extremely fresh. The meat fell off the bone and was beyond flavorful. Absolutely great experience. Probably the best tacos I’ve had in my entire life.

My favorite tacos in the city. Small menu with almost no gluten ingredients in the place. We usually get one pound which comes with corn tortillas, hot sauce, onions, cilantro, and some other toppings.

Felt safe every time. The owner is incredibly friendly and happy to answer questions.
