We went to the Bisbee Breakfast Club on Ina. So this might be a completely different review than the same restaurant on different streets. My boyfriend has celiac and we went with three other people for breakfast about a week ago. Although service took a while due to a communication failure, our waiter was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our never ending questions. My boyfriend got a big plate with a giant slice of ham, a bunch of bacon, hashbrowns and eggs for $9.99! It also came with toast but he opted out. I also eat gluten free and I ordered a skillet with potatoes, eggs, sausage and cheese (without gravy and a biscuit), he tried a few bites of my gluten free toast and was still feeling great the next day. This is now our go to breakfast place.
Yes
They have GF pancakes and French toast. Staff not educated about dedicated fryer. Fries were offered to me as GF option until I asked about it. Server didn’t remember they fry up onion rings in same fryer. 😞

Good amount of Gluten free options. Really liked the French Toast.
Yes
Wish they offered more gluten free options, and they cannot keep from cross contamination. Very friendly staff.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about gf options. Food = delicious (try the Bisbee Breakfast Sauce!) and service is spot on. Highly recommend!

A little common sense and a few questions helps navigate the menu options. Housemade Corned beef hash with tomatoes and gf toast was amazing!! Next time I will come when the kitchen isn't slammed during Sat morning brunch and try the gf chocolate chip pancakes!! Hubby had the chicken fried sausage sandwich and declared the bisquit "the best he ever had"!! (Not gf) ****cc pancakes are the bomb!!! **Update. Went yesterday and got a little too comfortable after eating here for 8 yrs with no reactions. Corned beef hash made me pretty sick. Thinking probably cross contamination or a change in the ingredients? I forgot to specify that I was gf.

I felt safe eating here and didn't get sick, but the food was just fine. Nothing exceptional, but fine enough.
