If you are at all gluten sensitive I recommend avoiding eating here. They offer buns and pasta but the server we had was not knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. The fryers are not dedicated as I found out the hard way after ordering the sweet potato fries, gluten free per the server. I became symptomatic with 30 minutes of eating here and still struggling to recover. Wait was really long and food was not that great for the price. Definitely some better options available in Bisbee.

I let my server know that I am both GF and DF due to allergies. She answered all my questions and checked with the kitchen when she was unsure. They can’t guarantee no CC, so may not be the best option for those who are more sensitive. My experience was great!

They use to have clearly marked GF options on the menu but no longer do. Gluten free jalapeño bottle caps are made with corn starch and are awesome though.

After over an hour wait the server brought the burger with a normal non gluten free bun. Ridiculous wait then more waiting.

Decent Gf menu. But pizza is all shared everything. Our waiter was absolutely terrible which makes me think there isn't good staff training. Shared fryer for French fries. I got fruit and chicken sandwich. Tasted decent but honestly not impressed by staff and not convinced on cross contamination.

Great gluten free chicken sandwich. They have a gluten free menu with a pretty good selection.
