absolutely delicious and safe! we were traveling to charlotte and i wanted to sure their menu still had gf so i messaged them on fb and the chef got right back with me. they have gf sandwiches with the absolute best gf rolls i have ever tasted. i had the seared tuna without fried wonton strips because fryer is not dedicated gf. i got 2 sandwiches to go. get the Cuban..... yum. :)

Awesome handmade cornmeal-crusted chicken tenders but NOT a dedicated frier. Homemade GF pizza crust - best ever. Lots of GF options and knowledgeable staff. Food was great, not over-salted, iced tea fresh, etc. Fried zucchini is NOT GF but fantastic for those without an allergy. Salads, pizza, GF pasta, vegetarian options, great entree choices. Excellent meal. Exceeded our expectations. Restaurant is attached to The Bootlegger & we initially had trouble in the dark seeing the sign over the door.

With gluten allergy, always little skeptical when eating at new places. Read the positive reviews so thought would give it a try. One word...fabulous. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and by far best gluten free pizza I've had. I also have dairy allergy so seems most places the crust is so hard. This actually taste like regular gluten filled pizza crust. Tons to choose from on menu, clean, and cool atmosphere. It's my number one restaurant of choice now in Hickory.

This place is incredible! Almost anything can be made gluten free so theres tons of options and its all delicious! Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure the saftey of our meal!
