They didn’t have a gluten free menu. The server did not make me feel safe, so I didn’t eat an entree. The dates we good.

Dedicated oven for GF pizza! Other choices, as well. Same ownership as Zydeco Kitchen, downtown.

GF pizza was excellent. They made me one for pick up after the restaurant was closed because still had people in the bar. Separate prep area and oven for pizza. Waitress mentioned owners have connection to Celiac and understand it.

I have celiacs and I'm highly sensitive. I had the pizza and it was amazing. They have a dedicated gf oven and they make their dough from scratch. A must visit if you go to bend.

Unbelievable dishes will have you asking yourself if it is really gluten free! The owners of Zydeco have done it again, and have recently opened another new and welcomed, celiac safe, gourmet restaurant at The Athletic club of Bend. Just like Zydeco, most of their dishes are gluten free, or can be modified. They have the only truly gluten free pizza that I've seen in my travels; separate oven, utensils, and ingredients. They also have a separate fryer, and dedicated kitchen spaces. Very educated staff and management are always on site to ensure the safety of their food for sensitive individuals, and the options are incredibly diverse for a truly gluten free meal experience. I am a very sensitive celiac and have never had a bad experience with Zydeco or this wonderful new establishment!
