Review of Bistro Hilary

I had such a positive experience eating here! The staff is so knowledgeable about gluten free and Celiac disease. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and that I left satisfied. There are a few items listen on the gluten free menu, but the wait staff is knowledgeable about modifications to other menu items. Would highly recommend!
