Most items on the menu can be made gluten free, and are marked with symbols on the menu. They have GLUTENBERG, almost every variety. I tried the Blanche and the Rouge. Staff are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. There is a dedicated fryer. The Calamari was delicious. I also had the Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger with fries and salad, and everything was so good but I feel like I have to emphasize how good the salad was. Yes the service is a little slow but there was only one waitress. Eating here is a must for visiting Celiacs.
