They used to be my go to place. Probably still okay for dining in but my last two to go orders had gluten bread on top and the box was covered in crumbs.

They deal with celiac and gluten/food allergies daily. They are very well trained and a large portion of the menu can be gluten free. The kitchen makes everything from scratch on cleaned surfaces so there is little to no chance of cross contamination.
Yes
They can make any of the pastas with risotto instead. They also have salads and burgers you could get bunless.
They do have gluten free penne but that was all and when I ordered my meal I received a Caesar salad but on top was this crumbly mixture that I think later was ground croutons and bacon. I thought it was bacon at the time or else I would have politely not eaten it. I became sick later that day. So don't assume anything. Ask, we love this restaurant but since I became ill it is not fitting anymore.
Spicy tomato and asparagus soup is gluten free and delicious! Many dishes are naturally gluten-free, with multiple entree dishes that have rice as a side. I was also told they have gluten-free pasta, so you can have any of their pasta dishes GF. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
