A strip mall pizza place with a shared kitchen, but they take all of the necessary precautions to make GF pizzas safe. Dough is 10”. Bonus: they even have GF meatballs.

Staff makes an effort to keep gluten free food separate. Pizza is gluten free and very good.

Really good pizza crust. Crunchy and light. Staff understood importance of keeping it away from gluten. Salads were good too. No bread though.

We came for the strip and drove to get good food for better pricing. We were not disappointed! I loved my gluten free pizza!

Don't let the outside appearance deceive you. The food is absolutely amazing! The sauce is flavorful and the garlic knots are the best we have ever had.

I have celiac disease, and the owner made a great effort to make sure there was no cross contamination. Finally, a pizza place that I like and that my family also loves!

My daughter has celiac and cannot tolerate any gluten. She has never had a problem here with the gluten-free pizza. Why only 3 stars then? It's not actually that good/tasty. As a gluten-friendly person, none of their regular pasta or regular pizza is good, but I'd go with my daughter so we could eat out. But her GF pizza wasn't that great either. the frozen Udi's is better. We've been here probably 3 or 4 times and the last time was just not good (like the other times) so we probably just won't go back. So if you want GF pizza, we were safe here. But there are tastier GF options elsewhere.

The gluten free pizza is the best I've had yet!!! I got no cheese since I can't have dairy either and it was pretty tasty. I did not get sick from eating here.

Great GF pizza! Visiting from Colorado. Great to find tasty pizza for the celiacs in my family. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Great GF pizza! It was crispy and cooked to perfection. So often with GF pizza crust, the middle 1/3 is undercooked or gummy. Not so with Bistro!! Toppings and cheese were great. And for those who bring their gluten loving family with them, they won't be disappointed. The gluten filled pizza was amazing too. And the owner was very friendly and quite a kick to watch work. You can tell he's got a passion for what he does. Can't wait to go back next time we are in Vegas!

Didn't get sick- had pizza and soda. Very clean store. Was a busy Friday night and they still took time to use new utensils. Prices were fine. Locally owned so when they're busy it's a bit of a wait but not a big deal.
